Sorry, i am not quite familiar with iptables/ipchains, but if it is incoming traffic i think you have to activate port forwarding of these ports to the computer on which you want to watch with the Windows Media Player. (This is just a theoretical suggestions, perhaps you should try it... :)
I am just thinking that your NAT-Firewall doesn't know where to put the incoming packages....
