Hi,

instead of discussing endlessly whether "information is this or that" wouldn't it more productive to say: in physics (or chemistry or biology...) there is a phenomenon X that we (whoever this "we" is) call information?

I have the impression that otherwise we are hostages of a Platonic or essentialist discussion

kind regards

Rafael
