hi, i have been experimenting with keybindings and i found that while it is nice how functions are automaticly updated in all shells, keybindings need to be manually added to each one.
is there a way to signal fish to reread the .fish_inputrc? preferably via fishd so that all shells get this? or even nicer would be to give the bind builtin an -U argument which would have this effect. (as well as automaticly adding it to a file from where it will be picked up on restart, just like universal variables. greetings, martin. -- cooperative communication with sTeam - caudium, pike, roxen and unix offering: programming, training and administration - anywhere in the world -- pike programmer travelling and working in europe open-steam.org unix system- bahai.or.at iaeste.(tuwien.ac|or).at administrator (caudium|gotpike).org is.schon.org Martin Bähr http://www.iaeste.or.at/~mbaehr/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
