I've been a bit busy at work lately, but the deadline that's been
looming over our head should pass this week. As far as the actual
packaging goes, transitioning a conffile (/etc/fish) into a directory of
the same name (/etc/fish/config.fish) while preserving any changes made
by the user is proving problematic. Moving conffiles is difficult
enough when it's just a name change.

I don't think I've missed the freeze yet, but I still hadn't decided
whether this upload would go into unstable or experimental. Since the
handling of the configuratin resturcturing is looking like it may be
complicated, I'll probably make the initial upload to experimental.
