Hi, fish users.

I've tried like this,

$ mktorrent-public -c (cat /tmp/nixos ) \
    Downloads/nixos-minimal-13.10.35462.b44ee4f-i686-linux.iso
mktorrent 1.0 (c) 2007, 2009 Emil Renner Berthing

Error stat'ing '': No such file or directory

Then tried quoting '()' region,

$ mktorrent-public -c "(cat /tmp/nixos )" \
    Downloads/nixos-minimal-13.10.35462.b44ee4f-i686-linux.iso
mktorrent 1.0 (c) 2007, 2009 Emil Renner Berthing

Hashed 1086 of 1086 pieces.
Writing metainfo file... done.

But result was not good,

$ transmission-show \
    nixos-minimal-13.10.35462.b44ee4f-i686-linux.iso.torrent | \
    grep Comment --context 1

  Comment: (cat /tmp/nixos )
  Piece Count: 1086

$ cat /tmp/nixos
NixOS - http://nixos.org/nixos

NixOS is a GNU/Linux distribution that aims to improve the state of the
art in
system configuration management.

In existing distributions, actions such as upgrades are dangerous:
upgrading a
package can cause other packages to break, upgrading an entire system
is much
less reliable than reinstalling from scratch, you can’t safely test
what the
results of a configuration change will be, you cannot easily undo
changes to
the system, and so on.

We want to change that. NixOS has many innovative features.

I'm wondering how can I quote(escape) '()' region safely in this case.

Thanks.

PS: By the way, I've recently start using fish. Quite impressive and
joyful. Now I'm actually enjoying *shell* life! :)

Especially, funcsave and funcedit is very helpful. I can save
alias(func) quick and easy. Never lose them!

Thanks for all contirubutors.
