I noticed that there are quite a few branches that Github considers stale
when I did some cleanup of my Github branches:
https://github.com/krader1961/fish-shell/branches/stale
Those stale branches show up when I attempt to complete a `git checkout`
command on my system. They do not seem to serve any purpose (other than
possibly the "Integration_*" branches). Can someone please delete them?
