[FIX] FAST 1.2 Type Definition Proposal

In regards to the new Type Definition proposal:

&lt;define name=&quot;MyString&quot;&gt; &lt;string/&gt; &lt;/define&gt;
&lt;template name=&quot;MyTpl&quot;&gt;
  &lt;field name=&quot;Foo&quot;&gt; &lt;type name=&quot;MyString&quot;/&gt; 
&lt;/field&gt;
&lt;/template&gt;

Are there any restrictions to the location of the type definition? For example:
  1. Do all of the type definitions appear before template definitions?
  2. Does a type definition have to appear before it is referenced?
  3. Or can a field reference a type that has not been defined yet?
