Hi Jim,

But what about people who wish to implement application version independence or 
transport independence and have hit a road block implementing FIXT.1.1 due to 
its limitations ? I guess we need a survey to find out adoption of FIXT.1.1 + 
FIX.5.0 in the real world. Then we could decide if we need a FIXT.1.2 to 
overcome limitations of FIXT.1.1 :-)
