I agree with Lisa.  You need to use the FIXimate database query tool for tag 
information.   

Here's the results I found for FIX 5.0 SettlLocation:

Tag   Field Name           Data Type   Description   
166   SettlLocation        String      Identifies Settlement Depository or 
Country Code, ISITC spec

Depr. = FIX.4.2 

Valid values 

CED = CEDEL
 
DTC = Depository Trust Company
 
EUR = Euro clear
 
FED = Federal Book Entry
 
ISO_Country_Code = Local Market Settle Location
 
PNY = Physical
 
PTC = Participant Trust Company
