Eight years ago today there were about twenty subscribers, and many are still with us. Current subscribers Mike May, Dave McWethy, Cynthia Madden, Laura Skejenna, Jean Ernest, Ursula & Brian Jensen, Marsha Jo Hannah, Gail Russell, Bill Coli, Suzan Johnson, DeeAnna Weed, Sam & Sue Banks, Glen MacGillivray had all sent messages to the list by April 1, 1998. There may have been a few lurkers also, but I think it's remarkable that so many have stayed around so long. From that original handful, the number of subscribers has grown to 708 as of this evening.
