Hi Melinda,

Fitness balls are about $9.99 at Wal-Mart, you can sit on one while you work
at your computer, improving balance and core stability, just like that chair
claims to do. Great for situps and strength training too!

Hi Chris:

Does "fjordhorse@angus.mystery.com" address the whole list? That's what
came up when I hit the reply button. Guess I'll find out.

I am new to the list, and a brand new fjord owner, near Columbus OH.
Mirakel is my first horse ever, so I have a lot to learn. Your comment
about yoga and core strengthening reminded me of the the "Balimo Chair" I
recently came across online. The website is:
http://www.equestrianeducation.org/balimo%20chair.htm

It sounds useful but is $$$. I was wondering if anyone has any experience
with it.

sincerely,
Melinda
