This message is from: "Pat Holland" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> I have a question I would like to throw out to you all.
The terms, "on the bit" and "acceptance of the bit" - have always meant two totally different things to me. It was brought up and discussed in the barns at the LaCrosse Evaluation - and I was wondering if someone (s) would clarify the expectations for me. If Beth or Brian both Evaluators could step up and clarify in regards to the intro riding tests. In the test it reads "acceptance". I think its an important and often confusing term not only for me but for many riders. Also: Congratulations to Beth and Obey.....and Sandy too.....it is allot of work going Gold Medallion, the horses receiving it definitely deserve the honor and the people who worked to present their horses for it earn the recognition. Thank you ahead of time for the discussion of "on the bit" and "acceptance of the bit".
