Lynnda... I'm so tired ...just got back from taking the filly to brand
inspector in Libby and a long day here... maybe I can sort out what you're

AUTHORITY that the bylaws do say this... they're posted at www.nfhr.com you
know... whether or not they're current I haven't looked ...
They are the current by laws. The by laws are currently under review for a
change also. They are required to be voted on by the membership though so
you will get to see them first.
do you know when their next BOD meet is?
The next meeting is Sept 20th if I remember it right. I am not in the
office though & am relying on my feeble memory.
