I'm still at level one but when in doubt try the backing and yo-yo game.  It
stops stallions who think they need to call to everyone.  It stops them from
going thru doors before I ask them to follow.  And it has even stopped the
mares from trying to run over me when the stallion approaches on the other
side of the fence.  At first they might decide they need to try another
diversion, such as pawing, when you don't let them eat,  but back for that
too.  Be sure to remember the reward afterward.
