I recently purchased a new Royal King Veri-flex Adjustable Tree Saddle. The
panels flex and the bars flex in the front and back. I bought it off of
E-bay. It is an inexpensive alternative to the more expensive flex saddles.
It is a really nice saddle and fits my Fjord well.
I payed about $450 for the saddle. I have no problems with saddle rolling
or sore white spots on my horse. I use a ReinmanTacky Too Pad under it just
for extra saddle rolling placement.
I did have a saddlemaker shorten the stirups. I am 5' 4'' tall. The saddle
is heavy.
I know how hard it can be to find a saddle that works on Fjords and does not
break the bank.
