This message is from: Julia Will <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Hi Nancy ~ have you thought about EPSM as a possible cause? To quote Dr. Beth Valentine, "In other cases the signs are not so obvious. they may include a stiff gair, a reluctance to trot, back or canter, a stiff hind limb gait, mild loss of muscle, especially over the rump, or an inability to generate a smooth canter. Affected horses may appear "grumpy" when asked to trot, back or canter." For more information, or copies of articles on this disease, contact Dr. Valentine at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Good luck! Julie
