check this website out: http://www.freizeitreiter.de/rubriken/r7/s/r71_14.htm They don't have camargue saddles but VERY nice Portugese saddles and vaquero saddles (also bridles, S-kandaren, other bits, stirrups etc). They sent me a catalogue in Sweden so I guess sending one to Belgium won't be a problem. The only problem is that they don't haven an e-mailaddress - you have to phone or send a fax for the catalouge.
