Thanks, I'll look at those sites.  I've talked to about 500 people and found 
some half alfalfa-half grass they're selling cheap because it's too much 
grass (vbg).  I went to look at it last night, and it's not dusty or mouldy 
and it's almost yellow.  Actually, I knew not to run out and I feel I'm 
cutting it too close, but there's lot I don't know, so please always feel 
free to advise and never assume I know anything.  It's what you learn after 
you "know it all" that's the most important.   Actually, I changed them out 
totally once when I didn't know better and got lucky, nothing happened.  But 
you can't get lucky every time.                 Gail
