As I was also amateur re doing this I can offer these instructions. Go to Tools then to options then to "send". In "send" see if html is checked. Click on it to "uncheck" it and click on "plain text". Then go to "Include msg in text" and be sure it is off. If there is a check in the box, just click on it and it goes off. Hope this helps and does not insult!!!!
