This message is from: carol j makosky <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Hi, Thank you for getting back to me on this lump problem. Heidi is an only child, so this cannot be from another horse. I talked to my friends this morning and it could be a sting or fly bite or yuck, a fly that laid an egg under her skin and a larvae will come out eventually. I will shave her hair there and see if I can see a hole or bite mark of any kind. The thing I do not want to do is ride or drive her and have the saddle irritate it.
