I was so excited to hear about the fjord article in horse illustrates that I drove to Barnes and Noble last night. Unfortunately, I never got that far, because when trying to see where I could turn into the parking I passed a red light (I can't BELIEVE I didn't see it) and at the same time a car was coming off the freeway at high speed and hit me in the front. VERY scary, first time something like this has happened to me. I am fine, and also the driver of the other car, as far as I know, but I was really shaky. And exploded airbags smell really bad! The car ( a rental, WITH insurance - phew) was towed away as a wreck. Sorry, not fjord related, except I was on my way to buy the magazine(s). Drive safely, everybody! Fjord greetings from Dagrun, San Jose, Ca, flying to Norway in the end of November, so I can go to see my little red dun colt Sneip! Can't wait.
