Hi List,
Got a call last night from a trainer at a quarter horse ranch. The owners
bought 2 Idaho fjords last year and they keep beating up the other horses
(fjords won't take a back seat apparently and the dominance issue still
hasn't resolved), they bought the gelding for their 9 yr old and he is too
hot for children, so they have decided to sell the fjords.

One is an awesome gelding, 14.1 that I am familiar with. He rides western,
really logs in the mountains and has some driving background. I've seen this
5 year old LOPE, from a dead stop, across the round pen and come to a
sliding stop. He is very athletic to say the least. He is forward with good
implosion and needs an experienced rider. Would be a good prospect for
reining. The other is a 3 yr old mare with little training on her.
Apparently the two match well as a pair.

Write to me privately, pictures are still coming and the prices haven't been
decided, but the owners are motivated to sell.
