Welcome, Teresa! I'm Lori and have a Fjord in Little Rock, Arkansas. Not too many here either; only three registered last time I looked, all mares. We create quite a stir where ever we go. The only frustrating thing is I can't get the local publications to spell Fjord correctly. They print it "Norwegian Ford." There is a farm in Kansas City, and some Fjords in Springfield; if you want to know where the others are, go to www.nfhr.com and use the online pedigree look-up to view all the Fjords in Missouri. It's a neat tool and it's fun to know where the other Fjords are and get to know the owners.
