One time, about 25 years ago, we had a bout of wind chill -50 degrees here in Ohio. It wasn't all that windy, but I don't recall the actual temperature. I had to go outside to just see what -50 felt like. I got all bundled up with a long wool hooded coat, etc, and ventured out. I made, at most, a 2 minute circle around the yard and then came right back into the house. It was unimaginably cold! No polar fleece back then....maybe that could make it tolerable for 10 minutes or so!
