In my previous reply I said I didn't know what your problem might be. Another subscriber wrote to me to point out what might be confusing you. I chose to use TinyURL's preview option so people can see that the link really leads to PayPal rather than some evil site designed to steal your credit card information. The idea here is that after reviewing the URL displayed by TinyURL and confirming it is indeed a link to PayPal, you need to click a second time on the link labeled "Proceed to this site.".
