This response is a very good demonstration of why the troubles seem to be
stirring with in the group. Given the position of authority that
chairpersons, president or any other board members or positions of a decision
making
body.
A person in this position needs to be very fair and unbiased and
balance in their approach to dealing with the membership of which makes the
show.
An individual that makes the comment of it being his show seems to me to be
a bit more than objective. And the statement of only being able to
function at full throttle seems quite unbalanced as well.
It only seems that a better process needs to be implemented in the
representation of all members and the people put in place that will listen to
its members and negotiate on their behalf.
