Hi Karen and List,

First of all, let me apologize for the list receiveing 3 posts about this....I don't know how that happened. I certainly didn't send it three times!

Karen, thanks! Having been there yourself, you know what kind of a zoo it can be. Magnum is looking good. Swelling is down with stall rest, bute, wrapping, hand-walking and liniment. He's not lame at the walk, but still off at the trot. He has an appt. for ultrasound and radiograph (if necessary) tomorrow. I'm thinking maybe a low bow, or sprained pastern, but we won't really know until we get a look inside.

The video is up, but the first version is too dark, so Sandy is lightening it up so you can at least see the horses, so if you can't see it, check back later to see if the latest update is up. She's also putting up Thursday night's performance.

I'm consuming my "cinnamon pecans" from the vendors while I write this..................;-)

Enjoy,

Beth

Bravo Beth, Sandy, the Poirers & the rest of you!! what an awesome
performance!! extra carrots w/ tops on, all around for the ponies...and best
wishes to Magnum for a speedy recovery!
I loved every minute of your description Beth, especially when you told us how
you had to traipse thru the maze of other barns at 0 dark:30 to get to the TV
spot - wow, I know that place is like a city onto it's own; things are
measured in sq inches there, not feet!
I hope you post some pics of the barn area on your webstite too. 'Behind the
scenes' stuff is fun to share...and hey, was Clay M. there doing his show
stuff? After you guys left the arena on the video I heard a snippet of an
announcement about Friesen's....

Here's the You Tube link folks:

Cheers,
Karen in (wet) snowy central Oregon. I may be crazy enuf to attempt another
ride today if i can 'round up the requisite waterproof clothing.
