There is a colostrum substituted that you can get from your vet -  "IGG" - 
that you feed in a bottle. Then, there are a couple of milk replacers  made 
especially for equines; Foal Lac is the one that comes to mind right off  hand. 
I 
would definitely check with your vet as to whether the sheep colostrum  is 
appropriate for a foal.
