I would be careful making such a statement, the worst runaways that I
have seen were with Fjords.

I agree. Although I'm sure we're all quite enamoured of Fjords, they are
still just horses and share the same qualities of horses, including the
fact that each one is an individual (just because they "look alike"
doesn't mean they act alike).
Let's not let breed hype take over common sense and end up leading
newcomers to believe things that can't possibly be true (like "anyone
can train a Fjord" or "anyone will be safe on any Fjord").
