The horse was not in any condition to be jumping and wasn't in any training condition either. Not to mention tired ! I had one of our digest readers email me and she had responded with the same info. Trainers and riders should make sure that they and the horse are all on the same playing field as far as ability . It is not wise to have a rider and horse do any sport that they can not handle. We all know this I hope, and so should the trainers.
