Have another Brag Alert. Took 7 horses and 9 kids to the Dune Riders Pony club mini Event this weekend in Sheboygan. What a FUN time, GREAT place, GREAT people, GREAT horses. We took 3 Fjords, we were taking 4 but my Grandson's Torin wasn't 100% so we put Allan on Voss, had him share with Grace who was also riding Voss. Voss tends to have to pull double duty it seems, what happens when you are the best horse in the world. J Anyway, Emily took 1st place in the Starter Novice division on Fiona(Fjord) mare. Jaclyn took 2nd in Starter Novice on her Appy gelding. Andrea took 1st in Starter Novice Combined Training on Millie my TB lesson horse. Jocelyn took 1st in Green Novice on Grace my QH/TB lesson horse, Brenna took 2nd on her Arab mare, Allan(my grandson) took 3rd on Voss(Fjord), Katie S. took 4th on Farley(Fjord). Two students didn't place, one went off course, other one was her first show and she was full of nerves but did a great job I thought and she will be one to watch out for in the future. Congrats to all, I had three 8 yr olds and really didn't have to worry all that much as they were on the Fjords who definitely took care of them.
