This has nothing to do with remoting.

If the site loads slow, it's probably a connection problem.
Have the client ping the server

And you probably should try and reduce the CPU usage, which is currently rather 
high.
Reduce the video framerate to 15 fps instead of 30 and lower the keyframe 
interval.
