I have a movieClip that I move up or down based on it's curreny _y + a specified pixel height using Tweener code to move the movieClip smoothly. The action is called onRelease of an arrow movieClip. The client would now like it to constantly scroll onPress after holding the mousedown for say...1 or 2 seconds.
