fonts are cached as bitmap when they get turned in 3d space, same as when applying filters, you can;t turn that off.
One last thing to try is to tween with rounded values only, but I'm quite sure that wont make a difference, I think any font moved or turned in 3d space gets a bit 'blurry'.
