Papervision3D - fantastic library, very capable, but dead. Away3D - fantastic library, active community, still being supported (last I heard) Sandy3D - smaller, less capable as far as I know, not sure if it's still in development Alternativa - very capable, still being supported (I assume), seemed harder to get up and working when I tried it.
That said, if it was me, I would probably try out Away3D, even though I am well versed in Papervision. Second choice would be Alternativa.
