I was a big FDT user, but 5.5 really started to mess with my flow. I never was a big fan of Flex/Flash Builder. I switched to IntelliJ IDEA for AS and have just continued that through now as I'm doing almost zero Flash work in lieu nearly all HTML now. I really like the tool, and to be able to use the same environment for Flash and JS helps a lot.
