If I had to choose between Ant or Maven, I'd go for Ant. Why? Ant is a lot more
flexible which makes it easier to add custom build logic, which is needed a lot
in the Flex SDK I guess. Ok it isn't perfect, but combined with Ivy for
dependency management it's imo the best of those two.
I'd just stay with Ant for a while and then migrate to Gradle because Gradle is
giving even more flexibility then Ant combined with all the good things of
maven (dependency management, convention-over-configuration,...)
