I'm not sure what you mean by "package up". If I just need to locate
halo.swc and upload it to my Artifactory repository with the ids you
describe, and reference it as a dependency with scope "theme", then I'm with
you.

It sounds as though there's no benefit to me (at least for this issue) to
upgrade to flex-mojos 4, or are there plans to include Halo and the other
themes?
