There's some flexmojos-source-code-advised guys out there and that would be
an opportunity for me to become one of them :)
Community already proved to be irresponsible on flex SDK management, so I
won't provide tools to creep out flexmojos and fill my inbox with "support"
requests...
Why doesn't community write the descriptor or whatever tool community wanna?

I'm willing to help on that task, and more generally on every subject related
to mavenizing existing flash/flex artifacts. You have some unvaluable knowledge
on how properly handle that. I can definitively understand your concerns about
bloating your inbox. Let's find a way to share your knowledge and avoid the
bloating part :)
