As far as I understood it Flexmojos does that automatically ... as
soon as it sees a maven dependency to the halo library, it includes
that theme ... if it sees the spark-lib, it includes spark.

Well these are themes provided by the FlashBuilder ... you can find
the files in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Flash Builder
4\sdks\4.0.0\samples\themes". There is usually a swc with the compiled
theme as well as the entire theme code in that directory.
I'd suggest to create a skin module continaing the sources and using
this in your application.
