No. This is not a deployment issue. It's a packaging issue. The big .zip blob 
from adobe has to be splitted in dozens of maven artifacts which must remain 
consistent with previous deployment and express correct dependencies relations 
(there's not just a bunch of .swc). 

All of that has to be made with no support from Adobe and relatively frequent 
changes in the way official releases are packaged.

Moreover, velo must ensure it's done the right way or you will get back here 
complaining about flexmojos tough the issue is related to SDK mavenization.

This explains both why velo takes so much time to do it and why he doesn't 
expose its tools : you'll use them to deploy broken SDK and will then get back 
here with complaints.

I think the alternative from velo's perspective is to work this out through FME 
which will allow us to use directly adobe SDK .zip files and provides enough $$ 
to make the user support sustainable.

BTW, this is the current situation. I think it may change if the FM community 
realize what opensource means and start giving back, contribute and support the 
project.
