UPDATE: Since I was missing Flexbuilder.ini, I made one with notepad and copied this in:
-vmargs -Xms1024m -Xmx1024m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m -XX:PermSize=64m -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true And saved it as Flexbuilder.ini in the root install directory, and BAM, it worked. So, nevermind. I'll see if this fixes the problem for my coworkers.
