Every version has both debugger and release binaries. Somehow the release
binaries are installed.

OK, thanks, so this is odd, that shows:

flash.system.Capabilities.isDebugger = false

but also:

flash.system.Capabilities.version = WIN 10.0.22.87

10.0.22.87 is a debugger version, according to Adobe:

"2/24/09 Updated debugger versions of Flash Player 10 (aka debug players or
content debuggers) are available. These new players are version 10.0.22.87."

Right? Why is it saying it isn't and acting like it isn't?
