Sorry, just got around to this one.

 

I went back to read the documentation on the plan (cos I haven't since
my rants on it last year) and found a whole load of updated
documentation.

I think I'm much happier with the descriptions in the most recent set of
documentation.

I'll retract all the nasty things I've said about the Marshall Plan to
date, because I think most of my concerns are addressed in that PDF.

Its given me something new to go and play with though, so I may yet
retract my retraction ;)
