I know the Flash player is limited in its ability interact with the user's file system. I'm wondering if a Flex 2.0 application (and the new Flash player) has the ability to enable a user to drag a file or folder *from the file system* onto a Flex app and have the app perform an action (such as reading meta data on the files, uploading them, etc.). Does anybody have any insight about this?
