As I said, I'm willing to be convinced otherwise, but you'd have to make sure that your paths are correct and that CF has write permissions on the directory that you've designated for your proxies, although I suppose some big, fat exeception would be thrown if it didn't. In this case, you'd have to wonder what it is about the two enviroments that are different - because something is.
