Are you using a clean default database with the antennas disconnected?

I noticed this afternoon that there were some strange images on the pan so I decided to do an RX image and level calibration. The level calibration passed but the image calibration failed. Rebooted and reset radio but same issue. I decided to revert the radio firmware to the current production version and also revert the firewire and Powersdr also to production versions (downloaded all from flex home page). Now, running the image calibration still fails. Have unstained (rebooted), and reinstalled a few times with no joy. Suggestions?
