As Graham has pointed out, it will be better to make the sidebands
absolutely explicit, band by band and mode by mode.  This is very little
extra work and will be an aid to digital newcomers.

Alas, too may "introductions" to ham topics are written as though the reader
already know how to do it.  And not everyone has ready access to an elmer so
anything to help people get started is good.
