I'm not sure what you mean about setting High and Low Frequencies.

You may already have the following settings but thought I'd pass mine along
in case it helps. Think I got the info from a Flex Knowledge Base article a
long time ago.

My settings in CWSkimmer, for 1000 Hz CW pitch freq would be;
Under the Radio tab in skimmer;
Hardware Type: SoftRock-IF
CW Pitch, Hz: 1000
Audio IF, Hz: 10000 (9000 Hz default DDS IF freq in PowerSDR + 1000 Hz CW
pitch freq)
Sampling Rate: 48 KHz (this setting doesn't seem to make any difference)

Under the Audio tab in skimmer;
Soundcard Driver: MME (my PowerSDR VAC Driver setting)
Signal I/O Device: 05 Virtual Cable 2 (my PowerSDR VAC Output setting)
Audio I/O Device: 01 SB Live! Wave Device (my soundcard)
Channels: Left/Right = I/Q
Shift Right Channel Data by: 0 samples
