You're running a USB DVB-T tuner on the system with PowerSDR?? Yeah, that's probably part of the problem. LOTS of interrupts there... but if LatMon says you're OK, then you SHOULD be OK. The graphics card to use really depends on what you need... perhaps Neal can weigh in on specific advice. You know... these occasional problems are typically the result of multiple things just coincidentally happening at the same time. Your graphics card is starting a shading operation, your net card is pulling down some spot updates, DXLabs Spot Collector is pounding your disk doing database updates, your USB card is doing something, PowerSDR is trying to receive data, and just then... you disk kicks in and starts to page in the new program you're trying to run. No ONE item is causing the problem... but all together, you get an occasional glitch. Eliminating any one of them, or making a couple of them "better", MIGHT be enough to solve your problem.
